DESCRIPTION:This EU GREEN masterclass will present the framework of faculty development in Italy and highlight the teacher training and teaching incentive model developed at the University of Parma over the past two years. The session will explore how universities can support innovative teaching practices and professional development for academic staff\, while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement in higher education.
