Within the EU GREEN Alliance, health and wellbeing are understood as essential dimensions of sustainable universities. Promoting mental health, physical wellbeing and community cohesion is part of a broader commitment to building campuses that are environmentally responsible, socially inclusive and human-centred.
Through coordinated actions across partner universities, EU GREEN works to strengthen a shared culture of care, sustainability and inclusion, recognising that academic excellence and personal wellbeing are intrinsically connected.

The MIM – Move It Moment
The Move It Moment (MIM) is a short, inclusive and easy initiative designed to improve mental health and physical wellbeing through movement.
Every Tuesday and Thursday during the academic term, from 12:00 to 12:05, we invite you to join 5 minutes of active movement or active rest.
No specific clothing or equipment is required. You can participate from anywhere: your office, home, outdoors or any other space. Just follow the movements shown by the on-screen avatar.
These short breaks help reduce stress, increase concentration and contribute to better mental and physical health.
Make this active break a regular occurrence and include it in your calendar by writing to: jdal@unex.es & davidsanchez@unex.es
Physical Exercises
In this area you will find a collection of exercise videos focused on more intense physical activity, always adaptable to different levels, abilities and personal needs.
The videos have been created by our partners from Wroclaw and developed within a joint project between the University of Extremadura (UEx) and the University of Évora.
Whether you are a beginner or already physically active, you can choose the option that best suits you and exercise at your own pace.
