English for Specific Purposes and Employability: Access, Diversity, and Inclusion is a multidisciplinary program for Bachelor’s and Master’s students, developed in collaboration with European partner universities. The course emphasizes the role of English as a key employability skill in the global labor market, offering specialised language training for professional fields such as business, technology, healthcare, and law. It integrates linguistic development with intercultural communication, diversity and inclusion, ethical awareness, and sustainability. Through interactive activities and case studies, students enhance their professional communication skills, adaptability, and readiness to work effectively in multicultural and international work environments.
