United for Mental Health is a shared EU GREEN initiative designed to create a structured and accessible space for dialogue, reflection and learning around mental health and emotional wellbeing across the Alliance.
Through a series of monthly webinars delivered by experts from different partner universities, this initiative promotes collective awareness, knowledge exchange and the normalisation of conversations about mental health within academic environments.
Each session addresses key dimensions of psychological wellbeing, combining scientific knowledge with practical tools that participants can apply in their daily academic and professional lives.
