Marketing, Psychology, Business, Environmental Science, Communications and Media, Tourism, Engineering, Social Sciences, or related disciplines with an interest in sustainability and digital communication.

OTHER SELECTION CRITERIA

Applicants will be evaluated on the relevance of their academic background and field experience, additional knowledge and skills, motivation and clarity of purpose, personal qualities and strengths, prior participation in BIP programs, as well as visa or travel readiness.

Successful candidates must demonstrate the ability to contribute effectively to an international, multidisciplinary team and commit to full participation in both virtual and in-person components.

DESCRIPTION

This dynamic Blended Intensive Programme brings together behavioural science, social psychology, and digital communication to tackle real-world sustainability challenges across Europe.

Work alongside international, multidisciplinary teams to design evidence-based social media campaigns that address real sustainability challenges aligned with EU GREEN priorities.
The programme includes:
• Online prep sessions to get you campaign-ready
• One week on-campus at ATU Donegal (26–30 October 2026) for immersive, hands-on collaboration
• Post-mobility reflection and evaluation to fine-tune your skills and showcase your results

You’ll gain practical, in-demand skills in behaviour change theory, sustainable marketing, digital strategy, creative campaign design, teamwork, and intercultural collaboration, all while building your network across Europe.

**After the student selection process, the BIP Scientific Coordinator must first contact the sending university to obtain approval, and subsequently inform the selected participants.

***Letters of Acceptance for non EU ATU students must be issued at least 12 weeks prior to the start of the BIP (they need time to apply for visa).
