Decentralized Solar Power Plant and Microgrid to Improve Sustainability of Local
Community Energy Supply System In the webinar, a project proposal to create an innovative decentralized energy microgrid that will serve as a model for sustainable, efficient, and secure energy supply will be presented. The foundation of this microgrid will consist of solar power plants (SPPs), energy storage systems (ESS), and smart grid technologies. Our goal is not only to develop a concept but also to implement it in practice by integrating modern technologies, utilizing local infrastructure, and fostering collaboration with local communities.
The webinar will present the features of the project that could be the first-time implemented in Ukraine, discuss current issues and how this project could reshape the energy system structure. Additionally, the collaboration opportunities will be discussed.
