The EU GREEN WP8 Workshop on Sustainable & Healthy Campus will bring together partners and stakeholders at the University of Oradea on June 24–25, 2025. This two-day event will focus on strategies and collaborative actions to promote sustainability and well-being in university campuses. Sessions will include strategic planning discussions, student engagement activities, cross-collaboration among work packages, and an exploration of synergies in implementing healthy and inclusive learning environments.

The workshop integrates physical and mental wellness through activities such as mind-body exercises, walking tours, and social moments, reflecting a holistic approach to sustainability. Participants will work together on defining the future roadmap of the WP8 initiatives up to 2030, including the development of a mentor-mentee programme, the Healthy Campus initiative, and the Campus Living Lab. The workshop will culminate in the adoption of concrete action plans and shared goals across the alliance.

Promoting international research collaboration with MSCA Staff Exchanges

Researchers, administrative staff and project managers from EU GREEN partner universities
are invited to take part in an online information session about the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Staff Exchanges (MSCA) action.

This funding scheme aims to encourage the mobility of researchers across countries, sectors and disciplines, within collaborative research and training projects.

    Exchanges
  • Application process – Guidance on proposal writing, evaluation criteria and

  • Q&A and discussion – Answers to specific questions and tailored advice

This workshop is designed to help researchers and institutions maximise their chances of securing funding, develop competitive proposals, and explore new opportunities for international collaboration.

A strategic opportunity for EU GREEN partners

The MSCA Staff Exchanges scheme aligns closely with the EU GREEN alliance’s goals of supporting joint initiatives between partner institutions, enhancing staff mobility, and fostering a collaborative, interdisciplinary research environment across Europe.

The University of Angers (France) will host for three days the meeting of the members of the education area of the EU GREEN alliance of European universities.

EU GREEN Annual Meeting will come together to deliberate on strategic priorities, review ongoing initiatives, and set the vision for the alliance’s future.
