Join the first EU GREEN Student Conference in Parma to co-create the future of our Alliance with fellow students from all study levels and disciplines. The Conference is by students, for students—your voice, your agenda, your impact.

Who can apply:
Any Bachelor, Master or PhD student enrolled in an EU GREEN university in AY 2025/2026 can apply. You must select one track only (applications to both tracks will be excluded):
STRATEGY GROUP – develop student-led strategies and proposals for the Alliance.
PROMOTION GRANT – present a campus-impact project that advances sustainability, inclusion, mobility, and collaboration.
Available places: Strategy Group quotas vary by university.
UPWR applicants: apply via the local UPWR call (special NAWA funding).
Deadline: 12 December 2025, 12:00 CET.
What’s covered:
Travel funded by your home university; accommodation & catering covered by University of Parma. Some universities may offer extra support for Green Travel. (UPR students are considered non-mobility participants but have access to all social & cultural events.)
Become an EU GREEN Student Ambassador:
All selected participants will be officially nominated EU GREEN Alliance Ambassadors—promoting the Alliance, engaging in activities across institutions, and potentially accessing dedicated funding opportunities.

Work in six panels to draft the joint Student Declaration “A Road to Your Ideal University.”

Selection criteria: English B1, motivation/fit, and gender balance.
Track B — PROMOTION GRANT
Propose a small, measurable project that connects education, research, innovation, and societal engagement around sustainability. Projects may be individual or team-based (students or students+staff) and can relate to: Inclusion & Diversity; Universities & Local Realities; Mobility; Sustainable Tourism & Cultural/Natural Heritage; Innovative Education; Civic Participation & Student Engagement.
Why apply?
Selected teams get full support to attend the Conference, resources to produce a poster, visibility across EU GREEN channels, and the chance to move from proposal to implementation with alliance support.
