CALL FOR BIPS 2026

CALL FOR BIPS 2026

The EU GREEN Alliance is pleased to launch its third Call for Blended Intensive Programmes (BIPs). Academic staff from all nine member universities are invited to submit proposals for short, transnational learning experiences that combine virtual and onsite components, foster innovative teaching, and promote interdisciplinary and cross-border collaboration.

This initiative is part of EU GREEN’s strategic commitment to inclusive and sustainable education, in line with the Erasmus+ framework and the Sustainable Development Goals.

What is a BIP?

A Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) is a short-term mobility scheme that combines:

  • Online preparatory and follow-up activities
  • A physical mobility period (typically 5 days) hosted by one of the partner universities
  • Joint teaching and learning between staff and students from multiple countries

BIPs are designed to support new teaching formats, transdisciplinary collaboration, and international mobility.
