Are you passionate about medical sciences and microbiology? We have a unique PhD opportunity to explore how immunosuppressants influence fungal genetic evolution in transplant recipients.
This co-directed PhD program offers an international experience, splitting your time between the University of Angers, France and the University of Extremadura, Spain.
You’ll engage in cutting-edge research, using multidisciplinary approaches (experimental evolution, genomics, genetic engineering) to understand and combat fungal infections in vulnerable patients. The goal is to identify molecular markers that could lead to new diagnostic tools and personalized treatments.
