DESCRIPTION

the second edition of the training programme specifically designed for technical and administrative staff working across different administrative areas of the partner universities within the EU GREEN University Alliance. Entitled “Think! Speak! Influence! – Training for our Future University”, the programme comprises a common online component and seven different courses delivered in person.

The seven training modules are:

1. Joint Degrees: management of international students within a University Alliance;
2. Writing competitive projects under the Erasmus+ Programme;
3. Quality in mobility: traineeships as an opportunity for training and collaboration;
4. Transnational collaboration, European values and internationalisation strategies: challenges and perspectives;
5. University museums within the EU GREEN Alliance: shared strategies for a common culture;
6. Strategic procurement and joint purchasing in European university alliances;
7. Human resources management in a European University context: building a European administrative community.

The courses are designed to facilitate interaction, communication and collaboration among administrative staff from the partner universities of the EU GREEN Alliance.

The programme is officially supported under the Erasmus+ Programme 2021–2027 and is delivered within the framework of the EU GREEN Alliance.

Through the compulsory virtual component of the programme, participants will have the opportunity to develop and consolidate their knowledge and understanding of the values that underpin and strengthen collaboration and European citizenship.
