The EU GREEN Alliance has successfully concluded its Sustainable & Healthy Campus Days hosted at the University of Oradea on June 24–25, 2025. This two‑day gathering brought together academic partners and student representatives from across the EU GREEN network to deepen collaboration and shape the roadmap for healthier, more sustainable campuses.
Participants engaged in interactive sessions exploring strategic planning, student engagement, and cross‑work package collaboration. Topics included the mentor‑mentee programme, the Healthy Campus initiative, and the development of Campus Living Labs. The holistic approach also featured well‑being activities—such as mind‑body exercises, walking tours, and social networking opportunities—anchoring both physical and mental wellness within sustainability efforts.
Key workshop outcomes included collaborative planning towards a unified WP8 agenda running through 2026 and the finalisation of the programme for the Conference of Parties to be held in Angers, France, on October 7th, 2025. Action plans were co-created with an emphasis on student involvement and inclusive campus environments. The integration of wellness-centred activities further demonstrated EU GREEN’s commitment to a comprehensive model of sustainability.
This workshop builds on the EU GREEN Alliance’s mission under Erasmus+ to embed sustainability and well‑being at the heart of higher education in Europe.
