The EU GREEN University Alliance has launched the Stakeholders Lecture Series, a monthly online initiative designed to connect academic research with practical sustainability practices. Bringing together students, faculty, external stakeholders, and community representatives, the lecture series provides a dynamic platform to explore global and local sustainability challenges and solutions.
Structure of the Lecture Series
The series consists of nine online lectures, held monthly (except in July, August, and December), and hosted by different EU GREEN partner universities. Each lecture features expert speakers from various sectors who will share their experiences and provide insights into sustainability initiatives, offering attendees valuable networking opportunities and knowledge to implement in their respective fields.
The Stakeholders Lecture Series supports the alliance’s commitment to advancing sustainability as a core principle in education. By creating a space for discussion and cooperation, the series encourages knowledge exchange, supports policy development, and highlights the transformative role of universities in addressing sustainability challenges.
