First webinar – Bright Findings: Exploring Optimistic Perspectives in Research

As part of the launch of its new webinar mini-series Bright Findings, EU GREEN invited its researchers to reflect on a simple question: what gives them hope in research today? The first webinar, open to all, will take place on 25 June and will focus on telework, well-being and performance.

Through this series, EU GREEN aims to foster an optimistic conversation around contemporary research by highlighting projects that bring hope and positive perspectives. Designed as a space for dialogue and knowledge sharing, this initiative showcases how scientific curiosity, creativity and innovation can help address today’s major societal challenges in an accessible and inspiring format.

First webinar: Telework, Well-being and Performance

“Bright Findings from Telework Research: When Flexibility Supports Well-Being and Performance” by Tea Korkeakunnas, researcher at the University of Gävle (Sweden)

Abstract: How can telework become a driver of both well-being and sustainable performance? In this first webinar, the Swedish researcher will share an optimistic perspective on the future of work, highlighting the importance of autonomy, trust and collegial support in creating more balanced and sustainable teleworking practices.
